| Has anyone ever tried...... | | Zippity Learning System has anyone tried this or reviewed this? if so can you give me your input and experience and how would you rate it? For those of you who don't know what the zippity learning system is let me tell you. The Zippity learning system is basically a great and fun learning game system for your preschooler ages 3-5. It has a stepping pad and long joy stick for your child to hop, jump and Learn! Zippity is a collaboration of Leap Frog and Disney and they have a total of 8 games so far. This toy is a must have for the COLD Fall/winter months when going outside looks like too much of a challenge. Also rainy days will no longer be a problem or a bore and it will give your tot a fun,educative, and body moving experience he or she will thank you for.Now I got this impression all by looking at the box in toys r us. I Just want to know before I shell out almost $70 for a tool that will be used only about a year or two, has anyone bought this? | |
| | personal responsibility | | Does it seem that we are becoming less responsible for our own actions? I'm tired of hearing people blame, for example the government not doing enough or having enough laws. Here's an example in my area. We haven't had a very cold fall so most of the lakes and ponds or other bodies of water have not formed ice thick enough to walk on. Some kid (old enough to know better) fell through, was saved so he's OK, but his mom said the city should have put a fence around this little body of water. That's ridiculous! Maybe she should have told the kid not to go on the ice! If she did and he still went, then he's lucky and hopefully he learned something. Anyone else feel the same way? | |
