Mr Deaver has studied Ian Flemming's style for many, many years & it is anticipated that we will NOT be disappointed with his new novel. By the way, the release date would have been Ian Flemming's 103rd birthday. I purely LOVED Sean Connery as James Bond. George Lazenby truly SUCKED as Bond. I always loved Roger Moore & felt he was an adequate Bond, but NOT as good as Connery!!! I didn't care much for Timothy Dalton as Bond. He never exuded the PASSION of James Bond!!! Pierce Brosnan was reasonably good as he had the attitude, but he still left me feeling something was missing!!! Daniel Craig had the closest mannerisms to Sean Connery, but he left me feeling a little flat. Assuming this book will become a movie, it will be interesting to see who is chosen to play James Bond. | Do you have any funny experience with 007, James Bond? | | Many years ago,a moive star in my city made a movie called "Country made 007" or I would say it is better named "home made 007".It was a comedy movie and it really made me laugh a lot.The guy in the movie was playing a pig butcher and always carrying a butcher knife on his back with a leather knife cover.His look was funny enough and would made everybody laugh when people just watch him in the movie.He acts like Mr.Bean's Johnny English type detective skills and always do stupid thing but he always get through the difficulty just by chance.Oh...this guy was so funny and that's why he became a rich movie star in my city.How about you?Do you ahve any funny experience with 007?
