This made God angry and regret creating man. So he decided to bring a flood to wipe out all creatures. (Read Genesis 6).
And did you know that Elijah was demoted as a prophet before being taken away by the chariot of fire? He kept doubting God's ability to take care of him even after all He had done for him.
